Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All orders are fulfilled and shipped via Standard 3-5 Day FedEx Logistics. We do not offer same-day or Standard 3-5 Day FedEx Logistics. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same business day.

  • Carrier: FedEx Ground / FedEx Home Delivery
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Flat Rate: $35.00 per order (Continental US)
  • Tracking: A FedEx tracking number will be emailed upon shipment
  • Packaging: All master rolls are shipped in factory-sealed protective tubes

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns Policy

No returns or "change of mind" refunds are accepted. All sales are final.

Returns are strictly limited to the following circumstances:

  1. Factory-Damaged Product: If your roll arrives with a manufacturer defect (e.g., bubbling, delamination, or core damage from the factory), you must report the issue with clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Incorrect Product Shipped: If we ship the wrong SKU, width, or product, you must report the discrepancy with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a valid return claim, email inquiries@thewindowplaceusa.com with your order number, photos of the damage or incorrect item, and the original packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Approved returns will receive a prepaid FedEx return label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
