Under the Inflation Reduction Act (Section 25C), qualifying SolarGard architectural window films are eligible for a 30% federal tax credit on the cost of materials (up to a $1,200 annual cap). This credit is available for residential installations placed in service through December 31, 2032.
To claim the credit, file IRS Form 5695 with your tax return and retain your invoice and the manufacturer's certification statement.
